Thank you to all our volunteers for helping out at Westminster week at Neighborhood Meals.

 

The meals program is a joint effort among a number of Cedar Rapids churches. St. Paul's Methodist Church hosts the program. Neighborhood meals provide a hot lunch to anyone who needs it. Many of its clients are children who would typically get a hot lunch at school, but are out of school for the summer.

Westminster provides both monetary and volunteer support for this program hosted in our own Wellington Heights neighborhood. And WPC often relies on volunteers from outside the organization to lend a hand when numbers fall short.  Let us know if you'd like to help!
